Assignment description

We are looking for s highly skilled and experienced Requirements and UAT Lead consultant.

You will join a team for a large card issuing and payment project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and technical viability.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems to accurately define solution requirements.
• Maintain end-to-end traceability of requirements to ensure all deliverables meet stakeholder expectations and project goals.
• Facilitate workshops and review sessions to build consensus and ensure shared understanding across cross-functional teams.
• Create detailed UAT plans, including test scenarios, test cases, and clearly defined acceptance criteria.
• Lead the execution of UAT by overseeing test case execution and ensuring that any defects are tracked and resolved efficiently.
• Communicate proactively and clearly with all project stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, and executive leadership.
• Provide regular status reports on UAT progress, highlighting test outcomes and defect resolution status.
• Identify potential risks related to requirements and UAT processes, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• You have minimum of 5 years of experience in Requirements analysis and UAT within the financial services industry, preferably within card issuing or payments.
• You have a strong background in business analysis, requirements gathering, and user acceptance testing (UAT) within the financial services industry.
• You have proven project management skills with a strong ability to drive initiatives forward and ensure timely delivery.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You are skilled in effectively communicating with diverse stakeholders across business, technical, and executive levels.
• You have proficiency in requirements documentation tools and methodologies.
• You have proficiency in UAT tools and methodologies.
• You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• You are detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• You are familiar with card issuing and payment systems, as well as experience with Agile methodologies.
