Assignment Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst within Teamcenter.

Responsibilities:

Main

• Acquire deep understanding of the current solution concerning Integrated Material Management enabling a take over from current responsible person.
• Drive the development of and maintenance of the IMM solution.
• Provide a proper documentation of the solution and support Key User Support Team (KUST) developing training materials.
• Come up with and execute plan for handover of the IMM Solution to a BA.

Secondary

• Function as BA for other areas like Part & BOM, Publications etc. upon request from Product Owner

General

• Collaborate with Product Owner and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Elicit and document user needs and stories through interviews, workshops, and user story mapping sessions.
• Define user stories using acceptance criteria, ensuring clarity, testability, and value.
• Work with the Solution Team to refine user stories, clarify technical feasibility, and estimate effort.
• Maintain the Solution Backlog by adding, refining, and supporting the prioritization of user stories.
• Attend user story reviews with the Solution Team and stakeholders.
• Identify and document business rules and system requirements.
• Maintain traceability between user stories and business requirements.

Qualifications:

Must Haves

• Proven competence of Siemens Teamcenter Integrated Material Management
• Proven competence with one or several areas within Siemens Teamcenter: Part & BOM, Document Management, Publications, Standard Component Library, Product Portfolio Management, After Market, Spare Parts.
• Strong understanding of business processes and the problem domain.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in eliciting and documenting requirements using various techniques: interviews, workshops, user story mapping.
• Experience with user experience (UX) principles and ability to translate them into user stories.
• Effective communication skills to interact clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with SAFe principles and user story writing practices.
