Assignment description

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst.

In this role you will take the lead in coordinating and driving refinement work, collecting and writing requirements in close collaboration with various stakeholders. You will analyze and translate business needs into functional and system requirement specifications, while maintaining continuous communication with stakeholders at all levels to define requirements and clarify scope. You will also discuss problems and opportunities together with other Business Analysts.

Qualifications:

• You have worked as a Business Analyst within IT at least 15 years in an agile environment and are used to document requirements in a structured manner.
• You have experience as a project manager.
• You have experience within finance and specific from working within the payments area.
• You have a technical background, a technical education and been working as a developer or tester.
• You are used to be involved in many initiatives/projects at the same time and working with complex systems and/or large/complex projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• You have problem-solving skills and are structured and with excellent attention to detail.
• You are used to coordinating and networking and using your communicative ability when working with stakeholder management in several areas.
• You take initiatives and you can define a task even if it initially is vague.
• You have experience of collecting requirements directly from stakeholders (for instance by having workshops)
• You are used to work against development teams with developers/testers with focus on backend.
• You are interested to read and understand rules and regulations from authorities and translate them into requirements for development teams.
• You are fluent in english.
