Assignment Description

We are looking for a proactive and solution-oriented legal consultant with a strong sense of collaboration and the ability to work independently in an international environment. In this role, you will support a broad range of commercial and corporate legal matters and work closely with the Head of Commercial Legal to ensure effective legal support across the organization.

Your responsibilities will include negotiating, drafting, and reviewing a variety of contracts, particularly within B2B and B2B2C frameworks. You will provide legal advice across several areas, such as procurement, logistics, software licensing, IT, and supply-related agreements. The role also includes managing corporate legal tasks, which involves preparing documentation for board and shareholder meetings, and offering legal guidance that aligns with the company’s daily operations. You will contribute to the development of contract templates and internal legal processes, and work closely with colleagues in the Legal & IP team to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications:

• Fluency in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to draft complex legal documents clearly and effectively
• Practical experience handling corporate and commercial legal matters, including drafting and negotiating contracts
• A minimum of four years working within the legal field, either as in-house counsel or at a law firm

It is considered a merit if you have completed a Swedish law degree or master’s-level studies in areas such as International Commercial Law, Business Law, or Company Law. Experience in sectors such as international automotive or infrastructure is also highly regarded.
