Assignment description

We are looking for a Scrum Master.

In this role, you will serve as the Scrum Master for two newly formed teams within the same VCT (Agile Release Train). As these teams are in the early stages of development, they will greatly benefit from the guidance of an experienced Scrum Master who can support them in establishing effective ways of working and fostering strong collaboration.

VCT aims to deliver a secure, automation-ready base vehicle, prepared for integration with various Autonomous Driving Systems (ADS)

Qualifications:

• You are a Scrum Master with agile/scrum skills.
• You have some knowledge in systems development and ability to interact on cross functional arena.
• You are curious and driven.
• You have an Engineering degree Master of Science in Data, Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics or corresponding education.
• English is the main work language but Swedish is appreciated.
• You have an understanding of SAFe/ Scrum Framework: Deep knowledge of SAFE / Scrum principles, practices, and roles.
• You have the ability to facilitate meetings and discussions, ensuring productive outcomes.
• You have great verbal and written communication to interact with team members and stakeholders.
• You have the skill to manage and resolve conflicts within the team.
• You have the ability to coach team members on Agile/Scrum practices and help them improve.
• You have the flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and team dynamics.
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges that arise during the project.
• It is meritorious if you have knowledge about electrical system and/or embedded systems in vehicles.
