Assignment Description

We are seeking a UX Designer to support the development of a digital sales tool used in stores across global markets. The tool is designed to help sales staff deliver a smooth and confident customer experience by simplifying tasks like creating orders, browsing product assortments, and accessing stock details.

The role focuses on designing a seamless and accessible user experience, with close collaboration across product, tech, and design teams. Onsite presence is required five days per week. You’ll contribute from early discovery through final delivery, ensuring the tool is both intuitive and aligned with broader system integrations.

Key responsibilities include driving the UX process from concept to implementation, creating and testing prototypes for various devices, conducting user research, mapping user flows, and delivering final designs for development. You’ll advocate for user needs, ensure accessibility standards are met, and support cross-functional teams in translating insights into actionable solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Confident in workshop facilitation and problem framing
  • Proven experience in user research and testing of digital products
  • Comfortable interpreting both qualitative and quantitative data
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX best practices and design standards for web and mobile
  • Experience designing with accessibility in mind, including WCAG compliance
  • Familiar with tools and methods for both in-person and remote testing
  • Skilled in working with design systems to ensure consistency
  • Advanced skills in Interaction Design and Figma
  • Organized and proactive in managing design challenges

It is considered an advantage if you have experience working in empowered product teams, designing for multilingual user interfaces, or within retail or sales contexts.
