Assignment Description

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to contribute to the development and improvement of an Online Payments product that supports a broader digital retail platform. You will focus on building scalable, secure, and high-quality backend solutions using the .NET framework.

In this role, you will define and apply technical standards, ensure compliance with security and quality requirements, and work closely with other teams to deliver a smooth omnichannel payment experience. The position is based in Malmö and requires onsite presence.

Required qualifications:

• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and contributing to shared goals
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Experience working with payment gateways or service provider integrations
• Good understanding of security measures and quality requirements in online payment systems
• Hands-on knowledge of setting up or supporting CI/CD processes, preferably with Azure DevOps
• Skilled in identifying and resolving advanced technical issues in complex systems
• Familiar with retail environments that combine digital and physical sales channels
• Solid experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Strong command of ASP.NET Core for building modern web services and backend systems
