Assignment description

We are looking for an QA Engineer.

This is a high-impact role with a focus on cross-functional leadership, quality advocacy, and operational excellence. You will lead the end-to-end QA process, from strategy definition through delivery, across multiple R&D and localization workstreams.

As a QA Engineer, you’ll define and execute a holistic QA strategy for a campaign, ensuring high quality across all aspects of the product. You’ll own test planning, guide internal testers, and oversee release management — from rollout coordination to bug triaging and stakeholder updates. Working closely with Product, Engineering, and Localization, you’ll foster a collaborative, feedback-centric process, identify opportunities for automation, and provide clear visibility into test coverage and release health.

Who You Are

• You have 5+ years leading QA or release management initiatives, ideally at scale in a product-centric environment.
• You are a Tech-Savvy & Tool Fluent: Experience with CI/CD systems, version control, and test automation.
• You have strong Release Ops: Familiar with internal release processes and capable of orchestrating efficient, high-quality rollouts.
• You are skilled in bug management using tools like Jira and comfortable triaging and prioritizing in collaboration with R&D.
• You have experience in coordinating with LQA vendors and navigating international QA processes.
• You are autonomous & Organized: You work independently, proactively identify gaps, and prioritize work without needing handholding.
• You have excellent communication skills and ability to work seamlessly across product, engineering, design, and localization.
• If you have experience working with crash/exception tools (e.g., Sentry, Backtrace) and writing SQL queries (e.g., BigQuery) it is a plus.
