Assignment description

We are looking for a Support in Strategic Technology Management within the Automotive Sector.

• Support operative work with a focus on Core/Non-core activities and Research & Innovation.
• Operative work on implementing governance frameworks in alignment with corporate strategy.
• Plan, set up, and moderate cross-functional meetings involving senior stakeholders.
• Document and follow up on decisions, actions, and strategic roadmaps.
• Collaborate closely with leadership teams across departments such as R&D, Innovation, Production, Procurement, and Strategy.
• Facilitate strategic workshops and innovation planning sessions.
• Serve as an interface between functions and ensure alignment on cross-domain strategic topics

Qualifications:

• You have a degree within Engineering or Finance with technical background.
• You have excellent English (Swedish and German would be good in addition)

Meritorious:

• 5–10 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in the automotive industry.
• Proven track record in strategic management, governance, and innovation planning.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience engaging senior leadership.
• Ability to operate independently and take ownership of complex topics.
• Willingness and ability to work partially onsite in Södertälje, Sweden.
