Assignment Description

We’re looking for a Product Designer with a strong interest in users, their goals, and challenges — someone who can bridge the gap between user needs and technical delivery. You’ll work closely with developers, domain experts, and customers to define and deliver valuable solutions. You’re curious, communicative, and collaborative, with the ability to translate user insights into clear direction for development.

You will engage with users to understand their needs, workflows, and pain points. You’ll map user journeys and identify opportunities for improvement or innovation. Insights will be turned into clear requirements, flows, and priorities, and you will collaborate with developers throughout discovery, definition, and delivery. Facilitating workshops and discussions around user goals and solution ideas is also part of the role. Depending on the project, you may support product owners or take on a PO-like role in smaller initiatives. Ensuring that solutions are usable, feasible, and grounded in real user value is essential.

Required Qualifications:

  • User-centered mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
  • Experience in user research, user flows, and requirements definition
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to work in agile, cross-functional teams
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritization
  • Background in UX, product discovery, business analysis, or a related field

It is considered a merit if you have familiarity with tools like Figma, Miro, Jira, and Confluence. Experience working with SaaS, enterprise, or complex systems is also valuable. Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design practices is beneficial, as is the ability to sketch or visualise ideas to support collaboration.

Candidates are presented on an ongoing basis.
