Assignment description

We are looking for a Project Manager.

In this role, you will coordinate vehicle updates in collaboration with teams in Sweden and the US. You will contribute to process development, ensure test needs are documented, and support cross-team communication. The role requires a structured and hands-on mindset, with the ability to manage both planning and operational tasks. Flexible working hours are needed due to time zone differences.

In this role you will:

• Coordinate vehicle updates and related activities
• Create and improve ways of working
• Collaborate across teams to solve deviations
• Order parts when needed
• Document test needs (TA:s) and track vehicle status
• Arrange knowledge-sharing sessions

Qualifications:

• Technical understanding
• Good English skills – Swedish is a plus
