Assignment description

We are looking for a Scrum Master.

This role will be more or less a fulltime Scrum Master role as the team is distributed, but it may as well include development or testing tasks, dependent on the candidates experience and knowledge. In the team, 3 team members are located in Germany/Bretten and 3 in Stockholm.

Qualifications:

• You have experience from being a scrum Master within SW engineering, preferable within the area of big data in complex system and industry.
• You have experience of running a distributed team.
• Experience in Agile development, We run a program where SAFe is applied with cadenced PI:s and sprints.
• You have experience from Azure devops for team planning and follow up.
• You have strong collaboration and communication skills.
• You are fluent in English.
• You have the ability to travel between Sickla and Bretten on needed basis.
• It is a bonus if you have experience from our tech stack: C#,.net, Window, K8, Python.
