Assignment Description

We are seeking a Solution Architect with a strong background in D365 FO and the ability to design and deliver solutions that enhance business processes. You should be confident working across the full delivery cycle—from requirements to deployment—and enjoy collaborating across teams to align technology with business goals. The role requires on-site presence two to three days per week.

Main Responsibilities

You will lead the design of integrations between D365 FO and internal/external systems, setting standards and best practices for APIs, data pipelines, and middleware. The role includes ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance requirements, as well as documenting designs and procedures. You will collaborate closely with architects, developers, and product teams, while also driving quality assurance through testing, performance validation, and troubleshooting. Sharing knowledge and mentoring colleagues on integration practices and D365 extensibility will be an important part of the work.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven ability to work in agile, product-driven environments where requirements evolve over time
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with a focus on turning business needs into practical solutions
• Solid background in designing and delivering solution architectures within D365 FO projects
• In-depth knowledge of D365 FO integration frameworks and data entities
• Hands-on experience with Azure-based integration services and the Power Platform
• Good understanding of middleware technologies and enterprise service buses (ESBs), with the capacity to collaborate effectively across technical and business functions
• Skilled in communicating solution designs clearly and engaging with stakeholders at different organizational levels

It is considered meritorious if you have relevant certifications in D365 FO and Azure integration technologies, as well as experience with DevOps methods and CI/CD pipelines for integration delivery. Knowledge of retail, supply chain, and financial processes is also valuable, together with the ability to interact with stakeholders to identify operational challenges and turn them into technical solutions.
