Assignment Description

We are seeking a Senior Functional Consultant with expertise in Dynamics 365 F&O.

The role involves shaping and configuring Supply Chain processes, with emphasis on Sales & Marketing, Customer Returns, and Retail & Commerce. Additional exposure to areas such as Product Information, Inventory, Logistics, Warehouse, and Procurement will be highly valuable.

You will take ownership of configuration tasks within Order and Return Management and contribute with knowledge across Case Management, Item Management, Master Planning, Warehousing, Procurement, and Vendor Management. The position also requires preparing clear design documentation, technical specifications, and compliance-related materials.

Quality is central to the role, you will ensure deliveries meet business requirements and contribute to effective collaboration with Product Owners, Technical Leads, Developers, and Architects to secure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience working with Dynamics 365 F&O, particularly within Retail & Commerce
• Hands-on background in end-to-end implementation projects
• Strong understanding of pricing structures, payment solutions, and retail channel set-ups
• Professional experience from complex, large-scale organizations
• Academic degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business Administration
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into insights
• Clear communicator with the ability to build strong collaboration across teams
