Assignment Description

We are looking for a consultant within Business Change Management Strategy and framework.

The CAD/vPDM environment is a critical platform for vehicle design and product development, supporting a global user base of over 13,000 users. Agile release cycles are used to introduce new functions, enhancements, and other changes within the product development systems. Effective business change management is essential to secure smooth adoption, high user satisfaction, and sustainable business value.

The current focus is on operational change management for ongoing and upcoming initiatives. At the same time, there is a need to strengthen the strategic foundation by developing frameworks, models, and tools to scale change management capabilities. To achieve this, external expertise is being sought. you will contribute to a sustainable, strategic, and proactive approach.

Key expected contributions:

• Develop an overarching agile business change management strategy and framework for CAD/vPDM.
• Define KPIs and success measures with feedback loops for continuous improvement.
• Create a playbook with templates (communication, stakeholder mapping, impact assessments).
• Develop onboarding and training concepts to build leadership and team capability.

Deliveries:

• Documented and anchored Business Change Management strategy and framework for CAD/vPDM (with Traton layout).
• Roll out plan and education/roll out material.

Qualifications:

• You have 5 years of proven experience and a strong track record in business change management strategy within large/global organizations.
• You have experience with KPIs, and embedding change in agile delivery models.
• You are skilled at developing practical tools, frameworks, and training programs.
• You are an excellent stakeholder management and ability to engage across cultures and roles.
