Assignment Description
We are seeking a Change Project Leader. The role requires full onsite presence and a leader in change management with strong technical grounding, fluent in engineering and architecture, able to drive transformation from within.
With a solid background in software engineering, architecture, and modern development practices, you have coded, led teams, and guided major technical transitions. Credibility among developers and architects allows you to take part in technical discussions while aligning strategy with execution. You communicate with clarity across all levels, turning complex realities into actionable insights. With a leadership style built on influence and collaboration, you enable cross-functional teams to achieve lasting change, while earning trust, connecting with both engineers and executives, and driving sustainable transformation.
Required Qualifications:
- Eight to fifteen years of experience in engineering and architecture, with a career path evolving from senior engineer or architect into leadership roles such as tech lead or transformation lead
- Proven involvement in large-scale technology and product transformations, including enterprise-wide change covering both structural and cultural aspects
- Experience from positions focused on technical advisory, engineering enablement, or improving developer experience
- Solid track record from dynamic, product-oriented environments
- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with developers, directors, and executives at the highest level
