Assignment description

We are looking for a Release Manager.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality and timely delivery of basic software and calibration for embedded systems. Your responsibilities will span coordination, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of software release process, calibration processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor calibration software deliveries across projects.
• Collaborate with project management and development teams to resolve delivery deviations.
• Build and release software packages for production and aftermarket use.
• Manage and execute extra releases to address field quality issues.
• Maintain and update the calibration library and associated databases.
• Continuously improve and ensure the quality of calibration processes and workflows.

Qualifications:

• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Industrial Engineering and Management, Systems and Technology Studies, or equivalent).
• You have a few years of experience in software release processes for embedded systems and diagnostics.
• You have familiarity with lean development principles and agile work environments.
• You have strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• You have high level of patience and perseverance.
• You are self-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• You have proficiency in Swedish or English.
