Assignment Description

We are seeking a Functional Solution Architect (D365 Finance & Operations and Commerce) to take ownership of solution design and integrations that strengthen core business operations. The role includes interpreting business objectives, shaping practical system designs, securing architectural alignment, and ensuring compliance with enterprise and security standards. You will collaborate across disciplines to deliver solutions that are reliable, scalable, and adaptable to future needs. The role requires on-site presence one to two days per week.

Main Responsibilities

As a key member of the delivery team, you will design and refine functional and integration solutions within D365 FO and Commerce to streamline business processes and improve efficiency. The position involves leading integration design between omnichannel platforms and D365 environments, documenting functional and technical specifications, and maintaining high-quality standards through validation, testing, and optimization. A close partnership with development teams and business stakeholders is essential to ensure that each solution meets both technical and operational goals.

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing solution architectures for D365 FO and Commerce.
• Strong understanding of D365 data entities, integration frameworks, and configuration principles.
• Proven ability to work with Azure integration services and related enterprise technologies.
• Skilled in analysis, troubleshooting, and transforming business requirements into system solutions.
• Excellent communication abilities with both technical and business audiences.
• Comfortable working in agile, collaborative, and fast-paced settings.
• Relevant certifications in D365 FO and Commerce.
• Practical experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools for integration delivery.
• Solid grasp of retail, financial, and supply chain processes and how these translate into D365 capabilities.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver targeted technical outcomes.
