Assignment Description

We are seeking an experienced Operational Test Lead. You have solid experience in test management within IT projects and a strong understanding of testing methodologies. You are meticulous, quality-conscious, and proactive in identifying and solving problems. You work in a structured and independent manner while maintaining good collaboration and communication with stakeholders. You are flexible, adaptable to change, and possess strong analytical and people skills.

Required Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in both manual testing and familiarity with automated testing processes
• Proven background in managing testing activities within IT projects
• Solid knowledge of software testing principles and best practices (such as ISTQB standards)
• Proficient in using test management and validation tools, for example Jira, XRay, Postman, or equivalent platforms
• Excellent command of both Swedish and English, in speech and writing
• Skilled in reviewing requirements and converting them into comprehensive test cases
