We are looking for an experienced Leasing Product Specialist to support a transformation program within B2B financial services. The initiative is driven by cross-functional teams focused on delivering streamlined processes and a unified platform across the organization.

Operating within a hybrid model that combines agile principles with structured governance, the role is central to shaping the future digital landscape.

In this role, you will apply deep knowledge of leasing and B2B finance to align end-to-end processes, define requirements, and contribute to testing and implementation. The position involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners, participation in key decision forums, and building a strong foundation for scalable and efficient operations.

Objectives of this role

• Requirements work across all business processes, units, domains and vendors with focus on Asset Finance (Leasing).
• Contribute with product knowledge in identified end to end processes.
• System testing keeping the bigger picture in mind to harmonize product and customer offering.
• Support and coach business users in defining business needs.
• End to end knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Contribute with product knowledge to the requirements and gap identification throughout phases such as internal alignment, feature refinement and solution design, ensuring the Client’s desired business processes are supported.
• Assist the business in clearly and consistently describing requirements to external suppliers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business domains (ex: sales, finance, AML, operations) and external vendors to develop analyses and documentation, ensuring effective communication with management, development, configuration and test teams.
• Continuously evaluate current way of working and based on previous experience propose and support in improvements.
• Support business users in adopting efficient ways of working.
• Perform system testing of delivered features ensuring accurate defect reporting and follow up to verify fixes.
• Communication to other domain around product functions and delivery’s.
• Prioritization of Product backlog.

Qualifications:

• You have proven expertise in banking or financial services, particularly within B2B environment and leasing.
• You are accustomed to operating within cross-functional workstreams covering requirements, development and testing activities.
• You have experience in core banking transformation projects or similar large-scale system change initiatives.
• You have a background in/with key banking domains such as operations, credit, payment, collections or finance.
• You are proficient in JIRA.
• You have a sharp eye for identifying defects and inconsistencies.
• You are an effective communicator and strong people abilities.
• You have the ability to independently plan and execute day-to-day tasks.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
