We are looking for a Senior AI Automation Engineer with strong expertise in agentic AI systems, GitHub-based development workflows, and Copilot-integrated automation. In this role, you will play a key part in driving innovation within autonomous agent design, intelligent automation, and AI-powered productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement agentic AI frameworks, enabling autonomous agents to perform complex tasks across enterprise environments.
• Lead the integration of GitHub Copilot into development and testing workflows, optimizing code generation, review, and deployment.
• Define and execute AI testing strategies, including evaluation pipelines, data validation, and CI/CD integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale AI automation practices and ensure alignment with enterprise goals.

Required Skills

• You have proven experience with agentic AI architectures, including multi-agent orchestration and autonomous decision-making systems.
• You have strong proficiency in GitHub, including Copilot, Actions, and repository management for AI-driven development.
• You have hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, prompt engineering, and secure data handling.
• You have advanced programming skills in Python, with experience in API integration and automated pipelines.
• You are familiar with AI principles such as fairness, reliability, and transparency, and their application in enterprise environments.

It’s a plus if you have experience in quality engineering with deep, hands-on expertise in test automation frameworks integrated with AI capabilities. Experience working with test automation in DBT or Python environments, particularly within migration or transformation contexts, is also valuable. In addition, familiarity with Copilot agents such as Writing Coach, Prompt Coach and Visual Creator, and the ability to tailor them to specific business needs, will be considered a strong advantage.
