Assignment description

We’re looking for an UX Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, user-centric digital solutions and thrives in an agile, collaborative team environment.

In this role, you will conduct user research and usability testing, iterating on designs based on feedback and insights. You’ll translate business requirements and user needs into wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma and the established design system. You’ll also take an active part in agile ceremonies and design reviews, contributing to continuous improvement of both the design process and ways of working.

Qualifications:

• You have proven 3 year experience as a UX Designer with strong problem solving skills.
• You have proficiency in Figma and solid understanding of user-centered design principles.
• You have the ability to conduct user research and usability testing.
• You have experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
• You have excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
