Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Leasing Product Specialist. The assignment is part of a cross-functional setup combining agile methods with structured planning and governance to ensure efficient and coordinated delivery.

In this role, you will contribute to developing and refining product-related processes in leasing and asset finance. You will collaborate with teams across various domains and external partners to translate business needs into functional requirements and ensure that new system solutions are scalable, effective, and aligned with operational goals.

Key responsibilities include defining and refining requirements, providing product expertise during solution design and testing phases, and securing quality throughout the delivery process. You will also take part in improving existing workflows, performing system testing with structured follow-up, supporting business users, and ensuring clear communication between involved stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• High proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
• Clear and confident communicator who collaborates effectively across teams
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to detect issues and maintain accuracy
• Solid background from the financial sector, with hands-on experience in B2B solutions and leasing products
• Experience gained from major transformation programs or complex system implementation initiatives
• Practical experience using JIRA for coordination and follow-up
• Comfortable working across multiple functions, contributing to requirement gathering, development activities, and quality assurance
• Self-driven and organized, able to plan and deliver work independently
• Understanding of key business areas such as operations, credit management, payments, collections, or financial control
