Assignment description

We are looking for a UX Designer and Content Writer to transform a global HR Knowledge Base into a world-class self-service experience for managers and employees. The role combines content strategy with user experience design and involves reviewing and rewriting a large volume of existing knowledge articles to ensure clarity, consistency, and a strong user focus.

You will design an intuitive information structure that supports easy navigation and efficient search, while also shaping a scalable knowledge architecture that enables automation, AI, and chatbot functionality. The work includes close collaboration with HR experts, developers, and AI specialists to establish effective content standards, templates, and governance for future maintenance and growth.

Qualifications:

• You have experience with ServiceNow HRSD or similar HR platforms.
• You have strong UX writing, information architecture, and content strategy skills.
• You have familiarity with knowledge management, AI-driven search, or chatbot integration.
