Assignment Description

We are seeking a Product Development Project Manager Lead to drive engineering-based projects from concept to completion. The role covers design, scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordination while ensuring progress, resolving challenges, and achieving results across all project phases. It requires a high level of independence, analytical thinking, and the ability to lead complex, high-impact initiatives while guiding and developing team members.

Required Qualifications:

• Recognized certification in project management (e.g., PMP or equivalent)
• Strong ability to guide, support, and develop others
• At least eight years experience in project management or similar roles
• Solid skills in planning, prioritization, and resource coordination
• Proven track record of leading large and technically complex projects
