Assignment description

In order for this to be a success, a robust OCM programme is needed to ensure clarity in scope for impacted groups, as well as an in-depth understanding of the change readiness for the impacted groups. Targeted communication and training are needed to enable the business to implement the Information Security Management System in their respective processes.
The Change Management consultant will be part of the Ø-ISMS project organisation consisting of 10 project team members and will take lead on the OCM track.
