Assignment description

Our customer is searching for a Senior Project Manager with solid experience with EU tenders concerning provisioning IT systems. The candidate will have a proven record of successfully implementing IT systems. Since some of the project’s deliverables will be provided by an Agile Release Train (ART), the candidate should have experience of working agile, preferably as Epic Owner with an ART.

Four applications are in project scope, where the primary reporting tool is the scope for EU Tender. The three additional tools will primarily be dealt with by the business lead.

Refit of coompany’s QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) reporting systems entailing following tracks:

• EU tender for the primary reporting tool
• Technical implementation of new application
• Alignment of additional QHSE reporting tools

You will take on these threeareas in the project:

• Overall project management through the lifespan of the project working together closely with the project business lead and IT Agile Release Train (ART)
• Lead of the EU tender project track coordinating, structuring, and tying the EU tender together on non-functional requirements, functional requirements, and commercial aspects in cooperation with the IT team, Business team and procurement
• Lead of the technical implementation track managing the team responsible for configuration, integration, migration, test and hypercare, etc.

For this assignment it is required that you have a Danish citizenship as well as being fluent in Danish.
