Assignment description

We are looking for a Technical Information Specialist responsible for creating diagnostic-related service information that enables workshops to quickly and accurately troubleshoot, calibrate and repair vehicles. The material you produce needs to be clear, standardized and fully integrated into the company’s diagnostic tools.

The role includes delivering content such as fault code descriptions, step-by-step diagnostic and calibration guides, component information, UI texts, technical illustrations and function descriptions. You will work with internal tools such as OAS, Catalyst, production and diagnostic platforms, and GitLab.

Qualifications:

• You have relevant education or work experience within Technical Communication, Technical Writing, Information Technology, or similar fields.
• You have strong technical skills and an interest in vehicles.
• You have experience or knowledge of AI within technical writing (meriting).
• You have UX or front-end development skills (meriting).
