Assignment description
As a Project manager in this assignment you will coordinate infrastructure upgrades connected to ERP system and logistics assembly.
Tasks:
- Coordinate activities connected to server upgrade
- Conduct pre-study to evaluate if and how to upgrade the IOS which one the client’s Legacy ERP system runs on
- Coordinate Pilot and validate plan to upgrade ERP-system
- Work with business to enhance existing DR-Plans
Skills:
- Good communication & General project management skills
- Experience in driving organizational change
