Assignment description 

As a Project manager in this assignment you will coordinate infrastructure upgrades connected to ERP system and logistics assembly.

Tasks:

• Coordinate activities connected to server upgrade
• Conduct pre-study to evaluate if and how to upgrade the IOS which one the client’s Legacy ERP system runs on
• Coordinate Pilot and validate plan to upgrade ERP-system
• Work with business to enhance existing DR-Plans

Skills:

• Good communication & General project management skills
• Experience in driving organizational change
