Assignment description

We are looking for a AI- and Data Governance specialist.

In this role, you support the implementation of best practices, contribute to training and process development, and take an active part in change management efforts. You help maintain solid governance frameworks aligned with the overall data and AI strategy, work with different functions to harmonize data definitions, and support regulatory compliance and ethical AI practices.

Qualifications:

• You have hands-on experience in data governance and AI governance, supported by strong knowledge of data management principles, regulatory compliance and AI ethics.
• You have the ability to work both strategically and operationally across governance areas, ensuring that frameworks and processes are effectively implemented and adopted.
• You have a proven record of collaborating with business leaders, IT teams and regulatory stakeholders, along with strong analytical, problem-solving and execution skills.
• You are familiar with modern governance models such as data mesh and federated governance, and understand how they enable decentralized ownership while maintaining global standards.

Responsibilities:

• Support governance frameworks: Assist in maintaining and implementing data and AI governance frameworks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
• Operational execution: Drive day-to-day governance activities, including process optimization and documentation.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work with internal councils, business units, and stakeholders to align governance processes and data definitions.
• Compliance and responsible AI: Support monitoring of regulatory compliance and ethical AI standards in collaboration with others.
• Knowledge sharing: Contribute to training and change management initiatives to improve adoption and awareness across the organization.
