Assignment Description
We are seeking a Senior Mobile Core / OSS Enterprise Architect for a long-term, program-critical assignment within next-generation IT architecture. The assignment starts with full-time onsite presence during the first month and thereafter shifts to a hybrid setup of 2–3 days per week onsite.
You will define target architectures for mobile networks, fiber, and OSS domains while ensuring coherent integration across OSS/BSS environments. In this role, you act as the primary expert in OSS and Mobile Core, participate in architectural governance, and lead design work related to activation, provisioning, assurance, and inventory capabilities. You ensure alignment with TM Forum frameworks (eTOM, SID, TAM, ODA), drive the adoption of TMF Open APIs, and support RFP/RFI processes as well as vendor assessments. Close collaboration with external technology partners is expected.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid and current security clearance
- Prior involvement in RFP/RFI work and technology supplier assessments
- In-depth competence within Mobile Core platforms, including 5G Core, EPC, and IMS
- Proven use of TMF Open APIs in architectural or integration work
- Broad technical insight into RAN, fixed access technologies, and IP/MPLS networking
- Practical experience applying TM Forum models (eTOM, SID, TAM, ODA)
- Solid background in OSS functions such as activation, provisioning, assurance, and inventory
- Willingness and ability to be onsite according to project needs
