Assignment description

We are looking for a Software Developer with strong architectural experience to help design and evolve a modern microservice-based digital ecosystem.

In this role, you combine hands-on development with strategic architectural work to ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, resilient and well-integrated. You will translate business needs into architectural models and technical designs, guide teams in applying standards and integration patterns, and contribute to governance, reference architectures and documentation. The work also includes supporting the development of digital capabilities across services and platforms, collaborating closely with developers, security, product teams and other stakeholders. Producing architectural documentation using frameworks such as ArchiMate and model-based tools is an important part of the assignment.

Qualifications:

• Degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience as IT Architect, Solution Architect, or similar in modern software/cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of modular architecture, DDD, microservices, event-driven patterns, and API-centric integration.
• Experience with architecture modeling (e.g., ArchiMate), capability mapping, and converting requirements into designs.
• Practical exposure to cloud platforms, container orchestration, and IaC (e.g., Kubernetes, Terraform) or willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and secure-by-design principles.
• Ability to communicate architecture clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
