Assignment description
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support a major system and process transformation within People & Culture.
The project spans several workstreams with their own sub-project leads, and your role is to support the overall project manager in ensuring coordination and progress across the initiative. You will help plan and organize project activities, gather and consolidate status updates, track delegated tasks and follow up on deadlines. The assignment also involves facilitating communication with IT regarding system-related questions, supporting process harmonization and system decoupling efforts, and contributing to a positive and collaborative project environment. You will work in a people-centred and data-driven manner, helping to build engagement and readiness for upcoming changes. Additional responsibilities include updating project plans and risk registers, preparing agendas, taking minutes, documenting progress, and providing administrative support for strategic and operational decision-making.
Qualifications:
- You have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Organization, HR or Change Management.
- You have a good understanding of HR systems.
- You have leadership experience.
- You have experience coordinating change projects within HRIT or HR digitalization.
- You are fluent in Swedish and English.
- You have excellent organizational and communication skills.
- You have experience managing stakeholders across different parts of an organization.
- You have experience building and facilitating teams and cross-functional collaboration.
You are structured and proactive, able to manage complexity and maintain progress through consistent follow-up. You work collaboratively and build trust across different stakeholder groups, and you communicate clearly by adapting your message to the audience. You are self-driven and solution-oriented, identifying obstacles early and suggesting practical actions that create value. You remain adaptable and resilient when priorities shift or when working in fast-moving environments. You also take a facilitative and inclusive approach, enabling productive collaboration in diverse and cross-functional teams.
