Assignment description
We are looking for an Application Expert focusing on authorisations. In this role, you will contribute to the objectives of the Authorisation & Compliance team and support the implementation of the overall strategy for finance-related systems. You will work in an international environment and collaborate closely with colleagues across several regions.
The position centres on ensuring efficient authorisation and access solutions supported by appropriate tools, primarily within the SAP landscape and in coordination with the organisation’s identity management system. The aim is to deliver a harmonised approach across regions, strengthen cross-border cooperation, and support compliance with internal requirements and relevant regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Handle authorisation and access administration across regions, including support for access requests and issue resolution in systems such as IAM, SAP (ERP Classic and S4), SRM and other relevant tools.
- Act as a single point of contact towards business areas, IT, staff functions and the outsourcing partner, ensuring good collaboration and service levels.
- Monitor and follow up on audit findings, risks and compliance topics within the team’s scope.
- Work with risk owners to mitigate risks, including managing SoD (Segregation of Duties) issues and other critical access rights.
- Support business changes such as establishing new companies, closing entities or managing mergers.
- Participate in development initiatives within the finance function or cross-functional projects, and drive assigned tasks independently.
- Contribute to harmonised and standardised authorisation concepts and processes, and propose improvements with a focus on automation of repetitive activities.
- Define and document requirements related to authorisation management, support troubleshooting, and assist with development, implementation and testing of change requests.
- Support the creation and maintenance of process and tool documentation for the team and relevant stakeholders.
- Deliver services with high quality and timeliness in line with common processes, policies and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- You have completed the Swedish Gymnasium.
- You have 2–4 years of experience working with SAP.
- You have experience in authorisations and identity management systems.
- You have experience working with ERP systems.
- You have experience or knowledge of financial processes.
- You have experience from process development and project work.
- You have the ability to take ownership, show commitment and work independently.
- You have strong teamwork skills and work proactively with a solution-oriented mindset.
- You have the ability to operate effectively in large and complex organisations and manage internal and external interfaces.
- You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
