Assignment description

We are looking for a Technical Service Manager to support and manage business-critical HR-related IT services within a modernizing organization.

The role spans the full application lifecycle, from requirements and implementation to daily operations and continuous improvement, in an environment moving toward more standardized and global solutions.

You act as the main interface between IT and the business, responsible for support, maintenance, and service quality within your application area. Working closely with architects and IT specialists, you help translate business needs into improvements and ensure stable, compliant operations. The role also includes stakeholder coordination, documentation, and driving improvements in areas such as incident and change management to enhance the overall user experience.

Qualifications:

• You have operational service delivery management expertise with a strong focus on daily second or third-line support and maintenance
• You have great communication skills and proactive mindset
• You have Client and Stakeholder management experience in a large global environment
• You have the ability to engage and foster confidence in stakeholders at operational and strategic levels
• You have basic understanding on infrastructure, integrations, security and automation tools and technologies.
• You are fluent in English and Swedish
