Assignment description 

This assignment is split between two divisions for the same customer.

Division 1: With the exception of Global IT Procurement the Indirect Sourcing at one of the divisions is not supported by a dedicated function. Approx 50% of engagement is dedicated to supporting div.1 functions to source properly, i.e. from managing sourcing projects to advising on best practice and guidelines as well as be the point of contact for any Indirect Sourcing initiative as it may occur. Sourcing Guidelines will be introduced to div.1 in order to support the process.

Division 2: The remaining part concerns support div.2 central Indirect Procurement initiatives which will typically include follow up and tracking with the div.2 Regions, managing centrally led sourcing projects and represent div.2 towards the category management organisation, the regions and other Divisions to ensure best interest.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Well experienced with presenting and working in std MS Office applications (PP, Excel)
• Documented experience in managing Sourcing projects, preferably within Indirect Categories
• Documented experience from working with complex organisations and managing stakeholders in international environment
• Willing to travel within Europe
• Experience with Procurement processes
• Negotiation skills
• Contract Management
