Assignment Description

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to provide support.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with CSDM alignment for OT services and contributing to data quality initiatives
• Strong skills in configuring the ServiceNow platform, including Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, Scripted REST APIs, and Flow Designer
• Understanding of OT security principles and network segmentation concepts
• Extensive hands-on experience working with the OTSM and OTVR modules in ServiceNow, including OT specific workflows related to Operational Technology
• Knowledge of MID Servers, integrations with external data sources, and ServiceNow Discovery
• Good knowledge of the ISA-95/Purdue model, with experience collaborating with OT stakeholders and plant organizations
