Assignment Description
We are seeking a Workday professional who works with supporting others and with people processes through digital solutions. The role includes working in a fast-paced environment together with colleagues. The work involves simplifying and digitalizing ways of working, as well as working with design, configuration, and problem solving in Workday using a structured and hands-on approach. Collaboration, patience, and teamwork are part of the assignment. The role also includes supporting daily operations and contributing to improvements related to the Workday system.
Qualifications:
- Full professional proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Practical experience in Workday configuration, validation, and release activities
- Experience producing structured documentation or user-oriented training content
- Hands-on experience within HCM or other Workday areas, corresponding to roughly three years of practical work or comparable capability
- Ability to define and document test scenarios as well as acceptance requirements in a clear manner
- Proven ability to work closely with others and communicate effectively with different stakeholders
- Capability to handle ongoing system support tasks, including setup, access management, and issue resolution
- Background in assisting end users in Workday and taking part in system enhancements
- Skill in interpreting organizational needs and converting them into functional Workday configurations
- Working knowledge of collaboration and tracking tools such as Jira and Confluence
Language requirement: Fluency in written and spoken English.
