Assignment description
We are looking for a Digital Analyst to work closely with Marketing and Sales stakeholders in a cross-functional setup. The role focuses on analyzing the full digital customer journey, from first online interaction to lead or completed sale, to ensure a strong brand experience and improved conversion. You will turn data into actionable insights, define and track key KPIs across the sales funnel, and support data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
As part of the role, you will develop and maintain dashboards that visualize both online and offline performance, collaborate with BI, CRM and Sales Operations teams, and continuously analyze funnel performance, campaign results and customer behavior. You will identify gaps in data quality, ensure consistency and automation of analytics, and proactively share insights that help optimize marketing activities, sales performance and the overall customer journey.
Qualifications:
- You have a University degree with a focus on marketing/communication, or equivalent.
- You have an interest in digital marketing and a follower of the latest developments in this area.
- You have the ability to independently manage, execute, and follow up on projects within given budget and time frames.
- You have strong proficiency in English.
Nice to have
- Strong will to learn new and technical things in the Adobe universe
- Experienced in Adobe Analytics and Power BI
- Experience in AB-testing
