Assignment description

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to elevate the ServiceNow HRSD Knowledge Base into a best-in-class self-service experience for managers and employees worldwide.

In this role, you combine content design with technical UX. You will shape intuitive information architecture that makes content easy to find, navigate, and search, while also defining a scalable knowledge structure that supports automation, AI, and chatbot capabilities across HR systems.

You’ll work closely with HR subject-matter experts, ServiceNow developers, and AI enablement teams, and take ownership of governance, templates, and guidelines to ensure long-term quality and consistency. As a key UX voice in the initiative, you will influence decisions and provide recommendations that resonate with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• You have strong experience with ServiceNow HRSD or similar HR platforms.
• You have strong UX designing, writing, information architecture, and content strategy skills.
• You have familiarity with knowledge management, AI-driven search, or chatbot integration.
