Assignment description

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with a strong focus on IT risk, third-party vendors, and regulatory resilience.

In this role, you will lead and drive initiatives to strengthen Third-Party ICT Risk Management in line with industry standards and relevant regulations. You will support the organization in maturing the mapping between business products and services, underlying processes, ICT applications, and third-party service providers. A key part of the assignment is to enhance and execute Business Impact Assessments in close collaboration with stakeholders.

You will also assess existing ICT controls to ensure they meet regulatory and industry requirements, contribute to the development and implementation of third-party risk management processes, and support the establishment of a new resilience strategy. The role includes preparing decision material for steering committees and governance forums, as well as driving process design and implementation related to ICT risk and resilience.

Qualifications:

Must-have:

• You have 8 years of Project Management Experience with the ability to drive process analysis/mapping exercises and identify the pain points in current processes
• You have the ability to find solutions based on the pain points and drive process implementation, including documentation (e.g. SOP creations)
• You have superior proficiency with developing PowerPoint material and decision material in general- Standard proficiency with using Excel and financial planning
• You have Risk and/or Project Management Certifications (e.g. SAFe, Prince2, ISACA, CISSP, CRISC)
• You have a superior level of English
• You have the ability to handle conflicting opinions from different departments and come to an agreement
• You have the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in using SharePoint, Confluence, Teams, JIRA, PPM tools
• Experience with regulatory implementations and/or Business Architecture is an advantage
• Understanding of DORA regulation and hands on experience on related processes is an advantage
• Ability to analyze data-related issues and develop effective solutions.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and quality.
• Understanding of data management principles, practices, technologies and familiar with data analysis and visualization tools such as excel, SQL, PowerBI to be able to sufficiently support with adhering to the ITS requirements on the Information Register.
• Knowledge of data governance and quality principles, including data validation, data cleansing, data normalization the ITS requirements on the Information Register.
