Assignment Description
We are seeking an ECU Node Owner with primary focus on software. The role includes SW/HW component ownership together with support in verification and End User Function responsibilities.
You will ensure that ECU and embedded software meet requirements from technical, quality, time, and cost perspectives. This involves planning, executing, and following up ECU and ESW development in collaboration with internal and external suppliers. You are responsible for verification at the appropriate V-model levels (V2/V3), maintaining Software Requirement Specifications and technical requirements, and coordinating documentation and releases according to defined processes. The assignment also includes system and function verification in rigs and vehicles, support in system design, end-user function ownership, and securing quality and readiness before release.
Required Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience using KOLA, Vector toolchain, System Weaver and CANalyzer
- Background from Driver Environment and/or Infotainment domains
- Familiarity with verification performed in vehicle or system test rigs
- Previous responsibility as owner of a software component
- University degree (BSc or MSc) in electrical or software engineering, or comparable education
- Experience working in agile environments including PI planning
- A T-shaped mindset with interest in expanding into new areas, flexible and open to change
- Practical problem-solving ability with a hands-on approach
- Self-driven with ability to take ownership of assigned work
It is considered meritorious if you have an established internal network and familiarity with organizational systems and development processes.
