Assignment description 

Our client is looking for an Engineer/Developer to their Collateral Platform team. The team is responsible for two very important applications. The first one Collateral Platform (and “GUIt” Collateral Hub) that contains all the “securities” that the customer holds for their loans. The application is an Oracle PL/SQL application that is within an Linux environment. The application receives data from multiple sources/systems within the company and the maintenance of this data usually takes 1-2h per day, sometimes more if there’s some incidents when receiving data that needs to be analyzed.

The other application that the team is responsible for is called General Reporting Platform (GRP), a typical Oracle database application that holds accounting data for their financial reporting.

Even though it’s two different applications, they are located on the same platform and in the same maintenance environment. These applications will be migrated to GCP in the future. Until this is done, they need help from a consultant that together with the client’s employees will work with daily maintenance and small development/enhancement tasks.
