Assignment description

We are looking for a Business Developer / Digital Productivity Coach. In this role, you will help employees get the most out of the modern digital workplace by combining strong user empathy with hands-on technical understanding.

You are a natural coach and educator, able to translate IT capabilities into clear business value and practical ways of working. With creativity and digital intuition, you create engaging learning materials in both written and multimedia formats (e.g. video), enabling colleagues to work smarter using the tools they already have. You also collaborate closely with global teams to continuously improve productivity and digital ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:

Exploration and Innovation: Foster a culture of curiosity, trial and error, and creative thinking to drive innovation.

Collaboration: Work closely with global DPC teams to enhance productivity and streamline processes.

Digital Transformation: Lead initiatives to improve digital workspaces, including the implementation of new tools and technologies.

User Adoption/Change Management: Develop and implement strategies to drive user adoption and manage change effectively.

Teaching and Training: Create and deliver learning materials to educate users on new tools and processes.

Video & Media Production: Manage and coordinate audio and video production projects of Learning material to ensure high-quality creation and content delivery.

Qualifications:

• Humble and willing to learn new things.
• Experience with AI (LLMs), M365 and Teams productivity tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation and production of Learning materials.
• Ability to think creatively and solve problems effectively.
• Experience in video and media production.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience from IT support functions and user learning , Providing exceptional customer support and understanding user needs and pain points.
• Ability to create engaging learning materials, performing inspirational sessions and engage users in various topics.

Good-to-have Skills:

• Experience with Power Platform and other no-code/Low-code tools.
• Knowledge of both IOS and Android platforms, as well as Windows and OSX operating systems.
