Assignment description

We are looking for a Technical IT Security Specialist (MFA) for an assignment within the banking sector. The client is seeking an experienced and self-driven technical SME with strong project management skills to secure momentum and progress in an ongoing multifactor authentication initiative.

In this role, you will act as the technical driver, responsible for investigating issues, troubleshooting, mitigating blockers, and identifying solutions to both anticipated and unforeseen challenges during implementation and rollout. You will also support the continued onboarding of all employees to MFA.

You are comfortable working as a technical project manager, well organized, and able to take full ownership of the end-to-end solution within your area of responsibility. The role requires strong collaboration skills, clear communication, and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications:

• Senior and seasoned expertise within IT infrastructure and cyber security, especially in relation to IAM and IAG with experience in implementing MFA using WHfB in a complex IT landscape.
• On-prem experience/hybrid environments incl. AD and Entra ID
• Proficiency across multiple platforms and technologies such as Oracle, IBM Mainframe, Sqel and other.
• Experience as Technical PM with the understanding of driving a project/task end-to-end
• Experience in creating technical documentation and presentations for both project members and management
• Fluent in both spoken and written English is a must

Nice-to-have:

• Preferably long time experience and knowledge with complex infrastructure environments
• Knowledge of network incl. firewalls/Proxies/DNS
• Broad experience with Microsoft on-prem based infrastructure
• Preferable good understanding for basic infrastructure related scripting in Powershell or similar
• Experience with Splunk or similar for data extracting
