Assignment description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take full delivery and execution ownership of a cross-functional initiative within a large enterprise environment. You will lead planning, execution, communication, testing coordination, go-live activities, and hypercare, ensuring adherence to established governance and ways of working.

In this role, you will define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables, and manage stage gates in line with the governance model. You will oversee delivery progress, ensuring that design, build, testing, and cutover activities are completed on time, and coordinate all testing cycles including SIT, UAT, and regression.

You will drive change and communication activities to secure user adoption and business readiness, coordinate training efforts, ensure documentation and knowledge transfer, and plan and execute hypercare. The role also includes approving go-live readiness, coordinating cutover activities, securing post–go-live support, and formally closing the project with lessons learned.

In addition, you will lead cross-functional collaboration, own project planning and reporting, and ensure alignment across environments and delivery streams.

Qualifications:

• You have proven experience as a Project Manager in complex IT or business transformation projects.
• You have strong understanding of project governance, stage gates, and structured delivery models.
• You have experience managing testing cycles (SIT, UAT, regression).
• You have demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple delivery streams and stakeholders.
• You have strong communication and facilitation skills, comfortable engaging with both business and IT teams.
• You have experience leading projects through go-live, cutover, and hypercare.
• You have the ability to manage documentation, readiness activities, and structured knowledge transfer.

Meriting:
