Assignment description

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer.

In this role, you will work closely with operators in a Swedish‑speaking environment and contribute with experience from the process industry. You will design, develop, and implement new or improved production processes to enable efficient and cost‑effective manufacturing. This includes creating optimal equipment layouts, defining production sequences, specifying procedures for tools and equipment, and adapting machinery to real factory conditions. You will conduct tests throughout different production stages to monitor key variables, solve process issues, and ensure stable performance.

The role also involves advising product design teams on technical specifications that best align with manufacturing capabilities and ensuring that all processes comply with relevant regulations. You are expected to apply practical knowledge gained through 2–5 years of experience, work independently with general supervision, handle challenging but not overly complex problems, and influence others by explaining established practices and requirements.
