Assignment description

We are looking for a Service Manager / Product Owner to lead a global Privileged Access Management (PAM) function. This is a consultant role covering the position on an interim basis.

In this role, you will take ownership of the PAM product, working closely with a global team to drive development, service delivery, and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap, including prioritization of initiatives aligned with business needs.

You will lead the team, manage product-related budgeting, and ensure effective service management of the PAM solution. The role also includes close collaboration with stakeholders across the organization, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Qualifications:

• You are a senior consultant with solid knowledge of CyberArk, including its purpose and how it is implemented and operated.
• You communicate clearly and professionally in English, both written and spoken. Swedish is considered an advantage.
• You are a collaborative team player who is also self-driven and able to take ownership of your work.
