Assignment description

We are looking for an experienced IAM Solution Architect to lead and align architecture across a system-of-systems landscape.

In this role, you will work closely with architects, tech leads, and cross-functional teams to drive scalable, secure, and standardized IAM solutions. You will operate in a SAFe environment, connecting strategy with execution, supporting architectural runway, and enabling teams to deliver effectively.

The role focuses on IAM governance and architecture, ensuring alignment between business objectives, security goals, and regulatory requirements. You will define and evolve IAM reference architecture and capability models, while translating frameworks such as ISO, NIST, and OWASP into practical architectural guidelines.

You will also drive initiatives related to Zero Trust and identity-centric security, facilitate architecture forums and design reviews, and promote reuse, standardization, and shared capabilities across teams and ARTs.

The role involves close collaboration with enterprise architecture, security, platform, product, risk, and compliance teams in a highly collaborative environment where teamwork and knowledge sharing are highly valued.

 Qualifications

• You are an experienced solution architect
• You are comfortable working in complex environments and achieving results together with others.
• You have experience from architecture in large-scale, distributed environments
• You are familiar with SAFe or similar scaled agile ways of working
• You have good understanding of security standards such as ISO, NIST, and OWASP
• You have strong ability to facilitate, create alignment, and support decision-making
• You are able to combine strategic thinking with a pragmatic approach to delivery
• You are a clear and structured communicator, both technical and business-oriented
• You have experience within IAM and understanding of Zero Trust principles
