Assignment description

We are looking for an IT Security Specialist with strong experience in Active Directory to support and develop secure and stable identity infrastructure.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining Active Directory environments, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. This includes monitoring domain controller health, replication, and DNS integration, as well as supporting hybrid identity solutions involving Entra.

You will work with implementation and follow-up of security policies and access controls, perform troubleshooting, and contribute to automation through PowerShell scripting. The role also involves close collaboration with IT operations, network, and security teams in infrastructure initiatives.

In addition, you will participate in system upgrades, patch management, and disaster recovery planning, contributing to a robust and future-proof identity environment.

Qualifications:

• You have proven experience administering Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS).
• You have strong understanding of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) environments.
• You have experience with DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy Management.
• You are familiar with Entra.
• You have knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) principles.
• You have proficiency in PowerShell or other scripting languages.
• You have experience working in enterprise or multi-domain environments.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Swedish language skills is a bonus.
